"something went wrong with the tech side of the online order i made, and the staff here, particularly Mario, made sure the issue could be fixed and that everything was seamless. of course there was a small wait due to the mixup, but he made sure that my order came out promptly and threw in a sauce for me due to the inconvenience. his customer service, as well as the customer service of the staff member/cashier who was wearing a pink mask, was amazing. love this location, and will be coming back"
