"First time at a Shake Shack. The shake was really good. When I came in, there was about 4 people in line and one of the associates let me know I could use the self kiosk which was super easy to use. He brought my food to my table. I was in town for a conference and shortly after I got my food, the place quickly filled up and the line was to the door. It seems like it took them about 20 minutes to get the line down which I was impressed with. I also watch the workers keep a positive attitude through the chaos. The chicken bites were good, real chicken. Enjoyed the bacon cheese fries. Burgers were juicy and flavorful."
