Domino's Pizza

"I ordered from this dominos last night and I will NEVER order from ANY dominos again! I placed my order at 9:09 PM. It stated that left at 9:15 PM With a driver it said she had one delivery before me as I’m tracking her. It shows that she went to the Broward Mall and for almost an hour she was at the Broward Mall with my food. I finally called the store lo and behold after the person at the store kept telling me my food was in the oven still there I left at 9:15. She contacted the driver and the driver finally left the Broward mall with my food. I finally got my food at 10:26 PM. My soda was inside the bag with the food. My food was ice cold I’m sure nothing will ever be done about this this is the worst experience I’ve ever had it’s my first and my last I’ll go back to Papa Johns!!!"

"The Pizza itself was pretty yummy. The Parmesan Bites were great. Customer service when I got there was very friendly. Only thing was the Buffalo Wings...they weren't really cooked all the way. They were kinda soggy and a bit pink inside so I didn't get to finish them. So overall, was decent."

"I ordered food for a lunch meeting at 11. At 1130 the tracker says it was delivered. Nothing was delivered at our location. I called and the local store and the phone rang for over 30 minutes and no one answered. No one appears to be working at this location. I have a meeting full of upset and hungry people thanks to Domino's. I never will be ordering from Domino's again. While im typing this I am STILL on hold trying to talk to the local store! ---UPDATE---The pizza just got delivered 1hour after it says it got delivered."

"Terrible experience with ordering from here. Ordered at 5:30PM for delivery. An hour goes by, says our order was delivered to the house but we didn't receive it. Tried calling the store 5+ times and the phone was ringing and ringing, nobody picking up. I even called a general Domino's customer service who said yes according to the tracker your order was delivered, let me transfer you directly to the store to speak to them, even THAT didn't work. At this point we were starving and ordered Papa John's, which got delivered in 25 minutes. After almost 2 hours, Domino's delivery driver shows up at our door with our order, extremely cold. Asked him what was going on and what took so long and he apologized saying "they gave him too many orders and he had to go back to the store" or something. Trying to call the store for a refund and they won't answer so now I have to dispute with my card. So ridiculous."
