"When you order from this restaurant for takeout and get there, the prices are 5 to 8 dollars more than advertised. Manager states “Google doesn’t update the prices” “A guy was supposed to do it and he didn’t show up” As a business owner, it is your responsibility to ensure your marketing and advertising are correct and up-to-date instead of simply shrugging your shoulders at a customer and walking. away. That action alone instead of trying to remedy a situation, even with a compromise has caused the loss of a customer.."
