"I place an order on line with an estimated wait time of 25-35, still waiting for my order for over an hour. On top of paying a delivery fee and delivery tip, which asked for 18% min unless you custom the tip. What’s the point of a delivery fee and delivery tip if you don’t DELIVER!?"

"I tried all 3 main pizza companies at the same time and for a vegan option, you came in second. Based on my personal opinion, Papa Johns was first, then Pizza Hut, and Dominos was third. The amount of sauce for a “regular” amount should be a little more. The amount of ingredients was excellent, but it was the same for each company. The crust needs improvement too. I think they need a new marketing campaign. They need to redo their logo and their box is outdated compared to their competition too."

"Ordered online at 8pm and I never received a notification pizza ready for pick up so I head to restaurant because it’s been about hour instead 15 mins to 20mins passed. I ordered pan pizza with 3 toppings . Order was incorrect two toppings, not a pan pizza . Cold pizza because didn’t know it was ready for pick no notification sent . Barely any toppings or cheese on pizza . Just disappointed in Pizza Hut . I grow up on Pizza Hut in 80s and 90s really good product back then ."

"It’s crazy to say I found a PEN in my pizza!!!! Literally after eating 4 slices with my cousin I’m going for another and I found a pen. I called the store for a refund and she most likely known it was in there cause she said “omg Daniel” she keep saying sorry but come on I wasted my time and someone else time for delivering it. And from the pictures you can tell it’s been in there since it left the store cause there’s no grease stain and the first picture shows the ink."
