"They charged me 3 dollars extra for a piece of avocado that they didn't even cut. I asked the guy to remove the soda from the order and he said he can't do that so I told him you have to because I don't want it. Then he told his manager to remove the soda because I didn't have enough money which was not the case. He was very rude. Also when he went to look for the manager he was walking with my credit card which I made him come back and give it back if he's walking away from the window. Then I get my order and they put the wrong rice and also put tomatoes which I specifically asked for brown rice and no tomatos. Horrible service honestly. I will not come back here every again"

"Came with like 6 pieces of chicken the messed up my order by putting white rice instead of brown rice. They gave me a hard time to get an extra sauce. Because they gave me one sauce for the yuca bites and one sauce for my rice and chicken."
"Yesterday I ordered from the one close to my house and I got 2 side salads for each meal. Total 4. Salads were brown as hell. Today i go to a different one. Ordered the same exact thing. While the salad was a little better. They forgot my second order of chicken breast platter. Wth is going on!"
