"Great worker in the night shift"

"This is the Last time I order online and pickup from this place. Betsy who was the only one working at the time told me to stand in line because my order wasn't ready. Mind you I placed my order on the app at 7:40 pm and received an email that my order will be ready at 8:05pm. I just got into an accident didn't have the energy or will to cook dinner so I ordered two foot longs for my boyfriend and I. I arrived at the location at 8:03 waited in line like the lady told me to while she makes about 8 footlongs. I understand there is only one person working but what she did afterwards was so rude. I had to sit down because I was standing in line for 30 minutes. My body still sore from the accident. I left the store at 8:47pm with my order. Betsy decided to attend two other people that came in after me which added more frustration. I was very patient. At the end of every this lady being rude , not having my order ready on time and serving other customers that were there after me i asked for a complementary soda and she said no. I said I was very unsatisfied with my experience here she said she would have to pay for the soda. So I said ok I understand and left. This was just horrible unpleasant experience my order. Do not recommend a pick up order here if your in a hurry or sick."

"This has to be the worse Subway on speed. I have visited this Subway on different occasions, hoping that the service improves, but no luck so far. It just seems to be getting worse. The actual place is nice and clean. The subways are good. But the speed?? CRAZY. Having a Subway in Hialeah where we all know is a busy place, after 5pm with 1 person attending?, plus is an old lady. This is so redicolous. I spoke with the owner of this place after my first complaint and he apologize. Very nice of him for making the courtesy call. But come on, we all know that you can't have 1 person attending a subway specially after 5 that everyone gets off from work and wants to go for Subway to avoid the cooking. You honestly can't expect to have an old lady there and the service to be flowing. It's not going to happen. Last time I visited this store, after waited 30 minutes that she took to make 2 subs, she then prepared mines and once I was ready to pay she ask me to wait so she can do the next sub for the next customer, so I was waiting to pay for 10 minutes instead of just her finish with me before going to the next customer. I honestly will never return to this subway."
