"I’m honestly disappointed with the quality of this Chick Fil A. This is the third time I order delivery and they bring me something wrong or forget the condiments. On top of that, the order is always late and when I call (because the app shows the order hasn’t been confirmed) it’s either “i forgot to confirm the order on our end” or “the delivery drive is on the way” but they never send me my tracking link until AFTER the food arrives. The managers are great, there is no doubt about that as they really care about their customers. But the younger staff members at this location do not compare to the service of that of the original Miami Lakes location."

"Everything is new and clean inside since this location just opened. I really like the layout where the order line is separate from the seating areas. Service was great which was pleasant because sometimes it takes a little while to get everything running smooth right after opening. There was almost no wait to order but I suspect that is due to people not knowing it's open yet."
