"It’s your standard IHOP from the outside. Clean, inviting. But the service was miserable. My food took forever to arrive at my table while offer tables around me that arrived after were served first. The servers were busy chatting up and hanging out with their friends. That left the paying crowd to be ignored. I asked for a simple thing, some butter and it took 8-10 minutes to arrive. My cup was never refilled. This is not the experience I would expect when I go to IHOP. I went out of my way to find an IHOP for breakfast and was horribly let down. And yes, I did tell the manager before I left. I explained it all. Hopefully she will get things worked out there."
"I love this IHOP! Charity is the absolute best . Everytime I come she makes me and my 3 children feel special. My food is always good and I come sometimes just for the service. Charity service is unmatched even when they are busy!"
