"Spent an hour waiting for our meal. Had placed the order in the kiosk, and the credit card reader wasn't working, so we needed to head to the counter to pay. No one came to the counter, so I could pay during that hour. A friend or worker of the establishment came after us and ordered in the same kiosk and not only did they get their meal in a few minutes, they got theirs before we were even attended EVEN though we ordered first. We ask if, at the very least, our meal is being made and no one knows who or what happened to the order. The worst McDonald's we've ever been to. I've had friends who have ordered here also say that this specific McDonald's has a tendency to forget or mess up your order."

"I work very close by this location and they never fail on getting my order wrong!! How hard is it to make a burger with ONLY KETCHUP?? READ THE ORDER! This location needs corporate to pay them a visit cause y’all getting sloppy over here. Thanks for another ruined lunch McDonald’s"

"This McDonalds is without a doubt the worse I have ever seen. The screaming matches of the employees is horrendous. Some of the workers are extremely rude. The food is horrible and if one orders something they don’t want to take the time to make, they tell you that the “machine” isn’t working. I don’t know how these franchises or corporations work but someone needs to do something about it,"

"Extremely disappointed with this McDonald’s location. The food quality was subpar, with the bread buns tasting stale. The overall ambiance was uninviting - the place looked unkempt and dirty. Service was lackluster; no one was manning the cashier, and I had to rely on the kiosk to place my order. Overall, a terrible experience."
