"This place sucks for service. We arrived and used the kiosk to order our food, however we were paying cash, and the kiosk directed us to the counter. We waited approximently 15 minutes to be knowledge by 1 of the 6 memebers of staff present at this location. I am against placing kiosk service in any fast food restaurant because the kiosk makes the employee more useless then they already are. All the do to heat the food is press a button and now we are machines to take the order as well. The staff here is more concerned with which song they will play to song along to then attending the customer, who pays their checks. Without customers coming in there is no check, but with poor service like this, i wont be returning to this location."

"2125 - Absolutely DISGUSTING!! The employees are handling money with gloves on and then making the food for the customers. Another employee went outside with her gloves on, came back inside, picked up her hair and then started grabbing food again WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON continuing to make OUR food. I told them they needed to change the flavors and remake my food. No apology, just dirty looks. Do they not get taught proper food handling."

"They need to hire more people, I saw the employees working at their hardest, but they just couldn't keep up with the orders because the drive throughout was packed. I waited about 20 minutes for 4 cinnamon delights and 2 drinks. Again, it's not the employees' fault. They were doing their best."

"This is the worst Taco Bell. If it’s not an attitude and such miserable employees it’s the food that is wrong or sloppy and broken. Today I ordered a steak quesadilla combo but received one of chicken and my taco is broken (picture below). The people working the drive thru always have attitudes and it clearly shows the manager doesn’t care. They basically throw you your order and never give you the receipt unless you ask for it and even that they get upset. If you can visit another Taco Bell, please do and save yourself the aggravation. The quesadilla was eaten before writing this review. The quesadillas barely have any meat and it’s mostly cheese. Every time I visit this location, it is the same miserable outcome. Also, if you truly want authentic mexican food “tacos/quesadillas/burritos”, take the trip to 49th st and visit Xochimex. So worth it for their standard price and size."
