"I hate that the customer has to be on top of the order is correct, instead of Wendy's employees do their job right. We will not go to a fast food place at least we are in a hurry for time, and missing given a simple bottle of water, will messed up the rest of the order, even when the food might be great."

"With the low bar that fast food sets, this one managed to slide under it. Cold, soggy food, and a staff member who wanted to party with their friends rather than take an order. And if you want what you ordered, you had better speak Spanish."
"This location is pretty much busy all the time and opens till 2 am during the week and 3 am on weekends, which is a good convenience for the community. Staff is nice, Havana-cuban style when approaching any customer's complaint. I haven't had any words with any of them other than taking order and paying for my food but food is good overall except when they tell you that they don't have in stock what you've asked for."
