"Bad experience. In various occasions, visited place ... normal food, nice coffee, good service from waitresses. Thursday evening, Jan 25th went to dinner around 8:30pm - used the bathroom briefly and some guy knocked the door multiple times really loud. He seemed upset that I was using the bathroom. Later noticed the same guy carrying garbage from the counter waste basket. Not sure I'll go back to this place."
"I ordered off uber eats and I got the “bistec a caballo” and that was the toughest meat i’ve eaten. The lack of flavor that the bistec had was awful. & if i tried to stretch apart the meat to get pieces out of it, it would make this sand paper noise, it was super dry and tough. Thank god the rice was decent, and the eggs were cooked fine as well. But for this to be such of a cuban place, me as a cuban, i am embarassed!! Either get a new chef that actually loves to do his job, or dont sell that bistec at all!!"

"If I can give this place 0 stars I totally would. Do yourself a before and think twice about ordering from this place. Ordered Milanesa de res with white rice and tostones. The white rice and tostones were good but the steak was harder than pork rinds. I'm honestly appalled at the fact that someone would give this to someone. ( see picture) My co worker ordered the filetillo de pollo with rice and mash potatoes and they brought her sweet plantains instead of the mash potatoes. When calling to file a complaint and receive a refund no manager was on site and they had idea when the manager was going to arrive. Called a second time and spoke with an employee Daily ( don't think it's spelled correctly) she was really nice and was going to have the manager call me. 5 minutes after Daily called back and said that the manager Armando said that he'll provide me with the money back however, I had to take all the food back. Mind you I don't live in the area. Horrible food, horrible manager and horrible customer service"
