Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Trash was overflowing and disgusting smell inside. While waiting someone from the kitchen brought the tin of rice and slammed it into the counter. One of the ladies apologized and said it had been a long day for the gentleman. The same young lady with gloves on proceeded to prepare three kids meals and before putting the soft shells in the warmer she answered her phone with the same gloves and continued to prepare her food. While she’s conversing on the phone she was messing up the order of the person in front of me. She got frustrated threw her hands in the air and walked away. Then someone else covered for her and as I’m picking my ingredients for the bowl she wasn’t listening and adding too much or not the right ingredients. Either new management is needed or disciplined employees. Whether they feel overwhelmed the lack of care with customers food and still operating the Food and Health needs to get involved. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you’re hungry visit another chipotle, eat something else or have a protein shake."

"Went in with my girlfriend for dinner. First thing we noticed was that the girl taking the orders in the beginning was talking on the phone via airpods. She took a lady's order in front of us and got it completely wrong, putting things on her order that she didn't want nor ask for. She then gets to us, and does the exact same! She ends up walking off upset, and the next person takes her place. She was just as worse, and she wasn't even talking on the phone like the previous one was. My girlfriend asked for a little bit of cheese, she preceded to add a ton, and even when she said that's enough, she added more! The customer service was probably the worst I've ever seen. Stay clear from this store, unless you enjoy having everything go wrong with your food order. I'd give this 0 stars if I could."

"Got here at 10:40 and the gentleman with the dreads decided to close the restaurant and put everything away under the red lids and tell me they’re closed when it clearly says that it closes at 11:00 pm. This is the only chipotle that I have experienced this situation with and manager should definitely step up. Thank you and definitely work on your staff."

"As a dedicated customer of Chipotes for over 5 years, I used to frequent the store in person. However, my recent experiences with delivery have been less than satisfying. In my last two orders, I paid an additional $8 for double protein bowls, only to receive portions smaller than the usual servings. This has left me disappointed, I would appreciate some feedback or a gesture of goodwill to address these concerns."
