"give the great staff & great pizza five stars!!! They work so hard And David was absolutely amazing Ordered over the phone for pick up was given 30-35 minutes pizza was just coming out of the oven upon arrival which made the ride home and was still fresh customer service was excellent 5 start thank you David I know it’s was late but you still were very professional and kind"
"Bought the triple treat box and it was a disaster. The pizzas were burned. The cinnamon buns had no icing. The only thing they did not screw up was the bread sticks. Never again."
"I wasn't expecting much from this pizza hut, it's basically a take out restaurant after all. But wow, they managed to surprise me with a terrible service. All the employees are at the back of the store talking and making jokes, while the queue forms and the customers are waiting for several minutes. When finally someone shows up, the service is poor and the impression is that they are doing you a favor by selling the pizza. Finally, after overcoming the challenge of ordering the pizza, it took an awfully long time to get ready. Incredible how they managed to screw up a take out pizza. I never thought of writing or even reading a review of a take out pizza hut, given the simplicity of setting up such a place, since I'm still waiting for the pizza... Here it is..."
"3 days ago I placed an order for delivery and the order was canceled by the delivery driver from Door Dash! I never got my food and never received a refund. Door Dash said the store should issue a refund within 24-48 hours, but nothing yet. I tried calling the store multiple times only to be placed on hold. Never ordering delivery from Pizza Hut again! Hope the Door Dasher enjoyed my pizza. Can't believe he can't follow simple GPS instructions."
