"The food has always been consistent and the service good, however, if it gets very busy the wait is extremely long because they can't seem to handle the dine in rush as well as the mobile orders. There's also confusion with keeping track of each type of order and the mobile orders were being prepared before those of the dine in customers. Over the holidays it took us an hour to get our meal and less than 10 minutes to be seated. the people next to us had the same issue then had to ask for the manager in order to get their bill after 30 minutes. This experience, though frustrating, didn't stop us from returning on Sunday and everything was good as usual. Our server Eileen(I think) was pleasant and efficient. I'll try to avoid going there during the holidays though."

"Why I gave it a 2 stars? I asked to be seated and said we were 3 but my daughter and grandchild were on their way, per the manager they refused and made me wait. I asked why and added I was going to order coffee ☕️ and maybe even food since I was hungry and again they said NO. I think I understand why however, had I said it was only me and I wanted a booth the seating would have been for the same amount of people I was actually coming in with and would have been seated right away. Had my daughter not insisted she wanted to eat there i would have left and gone to Dennys. So a note to the Manager, learn to read your customers or even better come out from the kitchen and greet them."

"Very disappointed. I pre-ordered the Belgian waffle last night. It should have been done by time I got there but it wasn't. I overheard the cook say there were some issues. The host told me there were some issues but it was coming. I was there like 20 extra minutes. I waited until I got home and seen that the waffle had burnt spots and had a burnt smell and taste. That was a waste if $10, that's too high for a waffle anyways but the fact it was not cooked properly makes it worse! I am so disappointed and disgusted that they would serve that to me."
