"I wanted to order a Colombian Hot Dog for pick up and I asked to please put an additional of Pineapple sauce, these are small plastic little containers about 1 inch tall, and they were charging me $0.35 cents per each extra little container of sauces. I had just finished reading the comments where several people were complaining of the same thing. It's not about paying $0.35 cents, it's the fact that when you dine in, you can squirt as much of all the sauces on your food, but when you order take out, they charge you extra?? It doesn't make sense. What's the difference of eating in the restaurant, or sitting in my car outside the restaurant, or in my car in a parking lot or eating it in the comfort of my home? The manager's replies to all these negative reviews has been, " I'm sorry about your bad experience, but please allow us to make it right, or this does not reflect us, we apologize, blah blah blah blah, and yet, it still happened to me just now. So I canceled the order I was placing. Like another person put, they rather lose a customer or a sale than just giving the client a couple of extra sauces? Really? Disappointed. Now the manager will reply to this comment, " We are sorry you had a bad experience, please come and allow us to make things right, blah blah blah and nothing will happen, they will continue to charge for sauces that are normally free if you dine in. Loyal client lost."

"First time customer, I was excited to try their food. I ordered $40 worth of food for takeout paid for the food and after I paid I asked if there was hot sauce in the bag. So I ask for some hot sauce and they gave me a little tiny cup I ask for more hot sauce The cashier was about to hand me some more hot sauce, when the so-called manager that went by the name JUAN told the cashier to charge me $.35 for each hot sauce She was giving me I asked the manager why would you charge me for a little bit of hot sauce if you have it free on every table and he said that that was the owners orders to charge for the hot sauce And he was rude, in his manner of saying it so I told him do you rather lose a sale for a little bit of hot sauce and he said definitely yes, this person JUAN is pretentious and don’t care about the customer. His motto is the customer is wrong I am right. So I asked him to void my credit card because I wasn’t taking the food And that I was gonna be writing a review JUAN responded that he really didn’t care"

"This is always a great place to go. Servers are amazing, courteous, friendly and attentive. The menu options have added new dishes from other countries so they are catering to a wider clientele. Price is what's expected. Parking should not be an issue because of the shopping Mall public parking is ample, still might need to walk a bit, but that's healthy. Highly recommended."
