Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I ordered food on DoorDash on this chipotle, when the DoorDash went to pick up my order, the employee told him that my order was already picked up, the DoorDash call me and told me if that was true, I don’t him “ is not true, I have not received any food” the guy went inside again and told the employee about this and the employee didn’t believe him, saying that I was lying about the order, at the end someone went and took the order and took the food without any reason and without paying, thanks to DoorDash who told the employee to do the order again. If you don’t have responsible employees to take care of orders close this place and that’s all. Never ordering from this place. Now anyone can go and take the food from other people without paying. This incident happened today (2/4/24) around 11am."

"I went to this location before 9:15pm. Fajita vegetables were almost gone so Ivasked employee to please get more and was told kitchen was being cleaned and closed so no more food was taken out to be served. I answered store closes at 11:00pm and it was not even 9:30pm. This was outrageous! Employees were getting ready to leave and close before end of their shift!!!"

"Why the hell? Who trained these people? Especially Ana?! I asked for thee tacos and she LITERALLY gave me three pieces of chicken on each taco. Is this a real thing? She counted the three pieces. On the last one, a fourth piece had gotten in and she took it out. My tacos didn’t have anything n them. I literally had a plain tortilla. The whole crew were joking around with each other, talking loud, playing around while there was two other clients in line. Is there a manager here? These are kids and people that don’t want to be here. Terrible, terrible service. I’m in shock how this place is still open. Never again!! Shane on you Ana and the rest of the crew."

"I’m really so disappointed. I ordered veggie bowel to discover later on it has meat in it. I’m sure it is not intentional but the practice and the orders are handled is not the right way. The server put so many orders then she take the scope full of meat and run it of these orders and some of it fell in mine as you can see in the pics. Too fast for poor quality of delivery. I ended up calling the branch and They were accommodating. But I ended up throwing the food away as I’m strictly vegetarian. I hope they change their way next time I come otherwise I’ll complain to cooperate and really ask for the rules to be enforced. Happy meal everyone."
