"Terrible service for DoorDash, ordered 3 things and they only sent 1 meal out of the 3. I reordered and they cancelled my order. Called over 5 times and finally got someone on the phone and they attempted to say the dasher switched the order with someone else’s order but that couldn’t have happened because i I received 1 if the 3 items. The manager got on the phone and the first thing he said was you order was wrong what do you need. Unprofessional service. I regret giving my money to them"
"I really like ordering from here. BFF was becoming my breakfast destination until today. The red velvet cake was pink, hard, steal and didn’t taste like chocolate to me at all! I didn’t get my orange juice or cream/sugar for the coffee. The eggs were like they were cooked earlier and then reheated when I asked for cheese. I’m not sure what crew was working this morning, but they were not the usual crew. Because my breakfast is always ON POINT!"

"Yeah I'm good. Ordered thru UberEATS to pickup. First they have tea on their menu on UberEATS and inside they said they don't know how I was able to order that because they don't sell it HUH???? then inside picking up two ppl got dealt with after I walked in first. Then this is the food I received. They forgot my orange juice. Went back for it. No apologies nothing. I'm good. Hate to say it but it's prolly because it's black folks. Thanks tho."
"I stopped in to grab a bite to eat. The lady at the register took my order of the sausage bowl. I decided to stay here and eat. While I was waiting, another lady brought me my food. She asked me if I needed a drink. I bought a drink and enjoyed my meal. Thanks for the good service."
