"Service wasn't welcoming and whats the point in ordering chicken fries and onions rings if a customer has to find out after that you don't have sauces. You should let customers know prior."

"Their Hershey pie really hit the spot along with some freshly cooked french fries. You can tell this is an older store, but I actually like the feel of everything worn in, compared to a stiff new building. I ordered in the app and a few minutes later they call my name. Thanks."

"As previous reviews have stated, you shouldn’t expect service at or after 11pm. The only thing running at tat time are the lights. I’ve been frequenting this location for years as it’s the closest to me and I don’t think it’s ever actually been open after 11 despite what they’ve recently confirmed in their hours of operation. Then, if you go earlier, there’s a decent chance your order will be wrong. It’s been a few months since I’d last been here and it was because after work I’d come through the drive through and didn’t confirm whether or not my order was right. When I got home, I discovered that my chicken sandwich was missing a very important ingredient… the chicken. They gave my buns with lettuce."

"Don’t forget to pay more for sauce. Apparently combos with fries or onions rings don’t come with sauce and you must pay 0.10 + tax for each (Per gentleman at the window). Oh and your receipt for sauces will say ‘extra sauce’ despite you initially getting none aka zero!"

"Where to start? Felt like there was an attitude issue from the very beginning. The person on the other line of the order didn’t seem to have patience. We ordered 2 large whopper combo with one whopper without cheese, mayo and bacon. This choice was not just a matter of taste but it was because my wife religion. She does not consume pork in any form and specifically said no bacon on the order. When we get a home we each pick our meal that was clearly marked on the cover and proceeded to dig in. A quarter into her sandwich we discovered 3 bacon strips. She rushed to the bathroom to throw up and stayed there for an hour. This is unacceptable. This is almost as crucial as an allergic reaction. If she has any side effects, we may want to pursue more legal actions. As a person who works retail I can understand a wrong order. This on the other hand are employees trained in the food industry. They need to be coached better."
