"The customer service is terrible. I placed this order through the app and waited in the store 30 minutes, but never received it. I arrive at said time I was told three times that my order was coming out but it was never made. I saw countless Ubereats and DoorDash orders being prepared but they never made my order. When asked for a refund, I received a slip that reflected my order subtotal only and when I asked the manager “Tay” about the tax I paid, he gave me an attitude and told me the total was on the receipt. I asked why they kept telling me it was being prepared if it wasn’t and I never received an answer. Again, the refund receipt on shows the subtotal being refunded, which is less than what I paid. This is not the first time this happened to me, but it will be the last because I won’t be returning again. I waited and half hour and walked out smelling like fried chicken but didn’t receive any. It’s obvious they prioritize Uber and DoorDash customers over those that use their app directly."
