"Yesterday my husband and I went to this pollo tropical since we were in the area shopping the GIRL (employee) taking orders at the drive thru was very but very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Rushing us to order when we pulled up to the window to pay my husband asked if she can add drinks since she was rushing us, the rude employee responded “nah bruh” my time almost up” nah bruh” go back to thru the drive thru and order”… Excuse you??? Pollo has to really watch who they hire to work for them. Very rude and disrespectful, disgusting attitude."

"I ordered the qtr chicken and pork duo meal and a side of plantains. The food was good but I got a forkful of pork and a container full of onions. The plantains were burnt beyond recognition. I like well done plantains but these were extremely well done. See photo"

"I came here about a week ago. Order the always delicious Pollo tropical my favorite plate, rice beans, and chicken. Very simple, but you have to add the sauces to it, or else it won't be as great. The manager himself was running the register. Making sure everybody was doing their part, running a tight ship. But all for the better. The product is always great here. Absolutely, it is one of my favorite food chain restaurants in the world. I love eating here. When I ordered my food last week. They forgot to put everything that I ordered, so I called corporate, and they took care of it immediately. Big shot out to Pollo tropica. I will be doing a food review on my YouTube channel."

"What are they doing to their food? I went there the other night. I asked for a Classic Cuban. The meat didn’t make it to the ends of the bread. It used to be a good sandwich. Now it’s nothing but a bead sandwich. How is it the people that run these restaurants think customers are stupid. They think no one is going to notice that they are being cheated. They aren’t making enough money?? I’m done!!"
