"We came here periodically but I haven't been for a while. We came Monday and I will say the food looked & tasted a lot better. The only two food issues were not nearly enough cheese on their ultimate nachos and macaroni and cheese was a little better than last time but could use a little more taste to it. Our server Diana was a sweetheart. We had her before a few years ago and I was glad to see she was still there."

"2024-02-16 Disgusting, filthy, lazy employees. Four of us went here for lunch in early afternoon, it wasn't very busy. We stood at the "wait to be seated" sign while employees walked by us ignoring us until a lady finally seated us. She had a hard time finding a booth that wasn't full of dirty plates and glasses. When we finally sat down she said we had to scan a QR code that was on the table to order. We asked for menus please. She responded saying "you're gonna be mad at me but 'they' want you to scan this to place your order". We said we didn't want to do that we would prefer a server and a menu. She again responded with "they want you to scan this" and tapped the QR code taped to the table. We left and went to Boston's. We don't plan on returning."

"I ordered party size wings with sauce on side, when i pickup they said the sauce is on 8oz black boxes. When i went home, these were ranches and cheese. I called to store and talk with manager but they said i have to come back to store and pickup the sauce. I didn’t have time to comeback because my guests were coming and they refused to deliver the sauce to my house. In the end of conversation, they can’t do anything because of their mistake."

"Everything was great. First class service, good food, excellent overall experience. A couple of homophobic racists came in and didn't like me sitting next to my husband but that trash is all over Jacksonville."

We Travel:

"One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while. It was 40 degrees outside and they had the AC blasting. Wings were like rocks. The entire staff was completely checked out. Food took forever. Place was dirty. Parking lot looked like a public dump. Basically nothing good to say."
