"I was so happy to hear that you reopened in Tallahassee. However, your chicken has not tasted the same after the grand opening . I have tried it again several times, different times of the day and on different days. It is awful! Tasteless, greasy, doughy and just plain awful! I give up. I will only buy it in Miami or Jacksonville, Florida. So disappointed."

"I'm glad we have a Church's Chicken now. Now, all they need to do is put some flavor on that chicken or some seasoning, and everything will be all right. Sometimes, you have to move away from standards and raise them. Because that chicken needs help and needs love and love equal seasoning or batter with seasoning. But all in all, it's edible. The manager there Mike is very cool, very professional, and patient. I think he's the manager he just has manager vibes"
"I do not like this chicken, I hear the sides are good, I haven't tried any myself. I went inside because I had never been there. I don't eat from the drive through until I see how they the inside. I was waiting for my order inside, it was a bit of a wait. What really struck my nerve was when I assume( the manager) was about to fix my box, he scratch his mustach, bare handed, then proceeded to fix the food. Yes, I said something immediately, I know that's not my food. The other manager seen my facial expression and ask what was wrong? I told her, he just scratch his beard and didn't even wash his hand. I just don't get that. She did another box for me and i didn't make a big deal out of it. I calmly let them know it was not sanitary, nor in any way acceptable to me. I couldn't eat that chicken when I got back to work. I doubt I will be going back. Sorry, this should be one of the first things you learn when handling food. At least I got an apology."
