"My Taco supreme was soggy and so ill prepared. My fries were cold. The chalupa bread for my chicken chalupa supreme is always dry and never fresh. From the mentioned items, you could assess that I ordered a box with the fries and cheese dipping I understand that it was very busy in the mall due to this holiday season and it was a Saturday too. However, this location is accustomed to rarely having fresh food, which is why more customers frequent the other food businesses in the food court."
"Drive thru made me not pull up all the way to play with times served. Gave me wrong drink, in which I found out went I got home."
"The workers behind the counter do not want to be there. It took 15 minutes to make 3 tacos. The lady who made them took her sweet time and she showed it too. She put a little meat and filled it up with lettuce! Then when she was FINALLY DONE she walked her no wanting to work self ever so slowly 2 feet away to set down the bag of food. NEVER AGAIN! SMDH"
"The $5 chalupa box was a mess. The only thing that was good was the chalupa. They gave me crumbs instead of chips, with watery cheese dip. The burrito was full of beans and a drop of beef. The drink was full of ice, it felt like I only have 3 sips. Lastly the cinnabon delights were greasy as hell. All in all it was a waste of $7. I rather go to Wendy’s right next door."
