"Just terrible experience I called in for a refill. The woman told me to come in and said it would be much easier but instead there was people signed in after me who called before me and I’m still waiting in the waiting room with the same infection I had three weeks ago, they only gave me Clinda myosin the infection isn’t going away. I have to go to an oral surgeon. They only gave me Clinda myosin the infection isn’t going away. I have to go to a oral surgeon and I’ve been waiting at least 45 minutes still just for my name to be called to get a refill so I guess when you have Medicaid your poor because that’s how they treat you . & I’m in so much pain & this is my Primary. Than we have the employees speaking about how she “ don’t do nothing , other well if the person had to leave” basically stating that we’re on her time or their timing which is negative. Weather it’s Medicaid they guarantee to get paid! So why treat people with Medicaid and insurance differently. I hate this place. & I’m tired of waiting being a US citizen & just get treated as if I’m NOT & Those who aren’t get treated FIRSTLY! & it’s ridiculous! I can’t wait to have my own health insurance. I’ll never come back again, when I did go to the dental department and they gave me only antibiotics, they didn’t do a cleaning and it was an appointment. They didn’t do nothing left the same way I came in."

"Alysha was amazing I would recommend going to her because I literally was all over the place but she really helped me get help for my checkup appointment after my surgery. She’s been the most helpful front desk woman I’ve seen. I definitely recommend her if you come to found care. And I’m a new patient as well so it really sets the tone for this place."

Although I had to call her 3 days in a row, she went above and beyond for me to make sure that I had my referrals to see the specialist. She was very pleasant and did not give me any attitudes.
