"The place is clean and neatly organized the majority of the time. The food is good. The one that's lacking is the front counter customer service. The ideology of the ladies that run the place seems to be, "If I'm having a bad day, so are you." I don't complain about one bad day the staff members may have, don't get this wrong, but this is an everyday thing now that I'm there more frequently and not just to me. This alone will lose customers as more restaurants open up in town."
"Everything was clean immaculate has always we come here every time we pass going to Miami and this is our spot to stop by and have our fried chicken. The service was great as usual bathrooms clean everything clean the food was delicious so I don't know why other people complain about it this place is the best. And by the way I am a CEC."
"Nicely located and freshly remodeled. All the tables were dirty, so we had to clean one ourselves in order to dine in. Unbelievable wait time, plus the cashier with glasses and blue jacket on was very rude, no name tag."
