"FRESH AND AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD! I love, love, love this charming little roadside restaurant. It is down-to-earth and no frills. You place your order at the counter and then bring your food to you. It has always been hot, fresh, and delicious when I have eaten here. They don't try to do everything here, which is great. Because of what they do, they do well. And the prices are reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"A Mexicali dive taco bar. Notable for the free cup of soup while you wait in the long lines on the weekend. Patio outside is ok but the roar of traffic will dampen your conversation. On the other hand, the inside is pure chaos. Food is what you’re expecting when you get near the Mexican border except this is FL."

"We're not local to Clewiston or vicinity, nonetheless, we've always been treated as such. This place is a God sent for sure. We've been eating at Jalapeños during the last four years at least once a month every time we happen to be driving south on 27 around dinner time. There's never been a disappointment at this place neither with the food or the service. Thank-You."
