"Food was good, but the brisket was really fatty and several pieces needed to be trimmed. Wait times for Sunday evening were very long (30 minutes) for 7 people (including kids)."
"I'm not a fan of BBQ, but it was the better option I had, so went in. I'm so happy i did! I had the 1/2 rack of short ribs with onion rings and Cole slaw. Ribs were tender and tangy with a sweet BBQ sauce they were cooked in. The Onion rings were on point and the Cole slaw was exactly as it should be, a slight sweetness married with creaminess and crunch. Service was amazing! Very friendly, but not intrusive. Good price for what you're getting."
"I love rib city in general but this location is absolutely top notch. Never had one bad experience here. I feel like the food when I get it to go is more fresh and overall better than some of the other locations. When I’ve done big to go orders they are always hot and ready on time. Whenever I do wait for my to go order they will ask if I would like something to drink which I think is just next level customer service. The staff are always friendly and attentive overall 10/10 experience every time I go. Rib city Estero is the place to go!"
"The Estero location is my favorite! The cheese fries are delicious The chicken tenders are always so juicy! The beef brisket is super tender! My most favorite thing is the spicy ranch… All the servers here are very friendly and It’s also a very clean location."
