"This place had pretty good reviews so we tried it- but it was below average all around. Submitting this review so others aren’t let down like we were. We really wanted to like it - and almost never write bad reviews. The drinks were watered down and not great. My fries came out ICE cold & My burger was raw in the middle… which might be an honest mistake but nobody came by to even ask if our food was okay. We just paid the bill and left. Normally with an interesting menu we would want to come back and give it another try…. But given it was a bad experience in *every aspect* …. we won’t be back."

"I’ve been to The Llama’s House a couple times before writing this review. The servers are nice but don’t come off as the most experienced. The same goes for the bartender. The drinks are always strong, which is good, but attention to refills is a bit hit and miss. This past time I wasn’t even provided silverware and had to seek it out myself after the bartender disappeared into the kitchen for a while. The chaufa is my go to meal, and the best thing to order at the restaurant. This time I got it with chicken, beef, and shrimp. It can taste a bit salty at times, but is always tasty. Drinks are expensive if you don’t visit during Happy Hour, so make that a focus if possible."

"Waited over 30 minutes for our entrees just to get the fries and the macho entree cold, the server wasn’t the good either. I would give them 0 stars but can’t, we were excited to try the tacu tacu the plate was warm but the rice was cold as well, overall it was an unpleasant experience."

"I’ve never been here before and asked the waitress what certain sauces were and what some of the extras were (Tostones, acevichado sauce & salsa criolla) was, She said she had no idea and would have to ask. I then asked what she recommended. She gave me a face like she couldn’t recommend anything. Then said she liked plain things and would get a burger. Okay, so I ordered the Colombian Burger. Which is described as “JUICY 8 OZ BURGER WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE, LETTUCE, TOMATO, CRUNCHY POTATO CHIPS, OUR HOUSE SAUCES AND TOPPED WITH OUR SPECIAL PINEAPPLE HOUSE MADE SAUCE. SERVED WITH FRENCH FRIES.” Well I didn’t see any special pineapple house sauce, the crunchy potato chips were potato sticks, there were no chips. And to top it off it was served on a wooden cutting board that looked like there was black mold growing in/on it. I tried eating my burger but couldn't."

"Had a fun shopping day and the Miramar outlets. We decided to stop at the Llama house for a quick lunch. It was a great atmosphere with a trendy vibe. We ordered a traditional ceviche to share, the grilled chicken with veggies and the churrasco with beans and yuca chips. The ceviche was absolutely delicious I haven’t stop thinking about it! It was refreshing the only bad part was I had to share it! Haha"
