"Over priced for what you get even considering the airport location. Order the tacos for $19.99. Tacos had very small pieces of fish… not worth $19.99. Would have had better value with a fish sandwich from BK. Food tasted good, but not worth the money. Service was quick and friendly."

"We stopped in at Beaches at RSW today to grab a drink before boarding our flight home. There were two empty seats with the servers station between them, so I moved one to sit next to my wife (there was plenty of space for people to walk by us). Within seconds after moving my seat, an older employee with short hair and a grey beard grabbed my seat and pulled it away in the most rude manner imaginable. I didn’t mind their protocol but he wouldn’t even let me get my backpack off the back of the chair before rudely pulling it away. I’ve never encountered a more rude restaurant worker in my life. This guy should absolutely not be working in hospitality!!! We did relocate to a counter spot nearby and the server was very kind and attentive but we were already so offended. I normally would send this feedback privately but the restaurant has no phone number, email or website posted."

"Not even sure how to rate this service to be honest. We were rudely addressed by a pink and black haired gal and a guy who was in clean up mode. They told us the only thing that was open was the bar and if we wanted food to go to Burger King. They were clearly talking about us amongst each other. It was clearly obvious they didn’t want to serve us. Our waitress was ok but swift to get us out of there. While attempting to enjoy a drink they blasted heavy metal. I’m guessing this is their “get out, it’s clean up time” music. If there was another bar on this side of the terminal I can assure you this bar would be closed in a heartbeat due to lack of customer service. If pink hair lady is a manager I would be finding a replacement!"

"I wasn’t going to write a review but I feel like I should and I hope the workers see it. Our food was good and our server was nice and great. However, among the other servers all I heard was complaining about customers so rudely. The one who appeared to be the manager (pink bangs) was the the rudest. Blatantly complaining and rude to customers with so much attitude. Another server ate fries off of multiple plates before serving them. Highly disappointed in those 2 specifically."

"I do think this is the best sit down option in Terminal B, however that doesn’t say much in my opinion. The nachos tasted good, but the topping to chip ratio is way off. Most chips were soggy, and by the end we had no chips and tons of toppings sitting on the plate. Too expensive for what it is, a beer, a cocktail, and nachos were over $60 and we still needed to get dinner somewhere else. We were there at a very slow time in the airport, so the place was mostly empty and we had no problems with the service."
