"Kairra was great. Fast service and kind. The burger is bland and dry (bun and meat). The fries tasted stale and as if they had been cooked multiple times. Will not eat here again."

"I had a $20 hamburger and I've had better food at a gas station. I ate @ 11 am and the fries tasted like they'd been cooked an hr before & reheated. Burger had absolutely nothing on it. Bun+patty+bun. Nada. Would have rather eaten $20 worth of junk food from the news stand."

"Since there’s no lounge at RSW I appreciate that there’s a t least one restaurant to eat at pre-security. There are quite a few bad reviews about this restaurant so my partner and I didn’t have high expectations. Service was OK given we were sitting at the bar. If not sitting at the bar, I’d expect service to be worse. Wouldn’t recommend the cocktails at this place. Just stick to the wine and beer. Burgers didn’t look great, but tasted ok. Patties were a bit dry. Fries were good. Each burger was about $20 and each drink about $14. Service is a bit slow but I appreciated the fact you could just pay online. Overall, I’d recommend you eat before getting to the airport due to the lack of a lounge. If hungry, it’s an ok place to stop to grab a burger and a drink."

"Entering, two employees turned their backs and ignored my presence . I left to look for something else but returned to try again. I sat my self. No staff came to my table so I tried to use the electronic method of ordering. No one came to my table to offer to take my order or to help me with ordering electronically. The electronic payment prompted me to tip 20% for poor service and for the server to carry my food 10 feet from the kitchen to the table. The servers seemed more inclined to hang out in the kitchen talking with the cooks than serving their customers. Very poor attention to customers. The only employee that cared was the person responsible for the bar. If Don Schula was here to observe he would be pissed!"

"Noisy pub. Not many options at RSW. We ordered online with the QR code at the table. Waiter forgot to check on us for drinks but apologized afterwards. Food was ok but that's it."
