"If I could give the service zero stars, I would. I came here for a nice birthday dinner with my family. Normally, we’ve had great experiences here. Our server took over 30 minutes to bring drinks, and that was only with prompting from the manager, who also had to take our order. We waited almost another hour to get our food, which never appeared. We had to speak with the manager again, who said there was no excuse and the kitchen wasn’t backed up which our server kept claiming. People who were there after us and ordered after us, got their food, ate, and were ready to leave before our food came out. I asked our server repeatedly to at least see if he could fast track the kids food, since we’d been there over an hour and a half at that point. We finally walked out, which I never do, because it was almost time for the kids to go to bed and they still hadn’t eaten dinner. I am incredibly disappointed in a place that I normally love to go."
