The Maine Line

"We're at Royal Coachman RV Resort and we like to support the food trucks that come here, and tonight (Feb 21st) was the Maine Line's turn. We were not disappointed, not at all. We had the 16 oz serving of Clam Chowdah and enjoyed it. We know our chowders and, while this had its own characteristics, it was still excellent in flavour. Our only criticism was that it had a lot of potatoes versus clams, but the flavour was still there. Our next dishes were Mom's Lobster Roll. The amount of lobster was generous (the menu says 4 oz) and it was claw meat. We loved it. The mayo was sort of dabbed on top. One part of me says I would have preferred the lobster meat to be chopped up and mixed with the mayo - even if it loses something in its presentation. The other part of me says I had it as it was served and I really enjoyed it, so leave it alone. Small oversight. My lobster roll was missing its coleslaw, an oversight that can happen to anyone at any time. On the other hand, my wife's roll included the coleslaw, which she enjoyed. However, the serving was puny. Our suggestion, do away with the potato chips and increase the amount of coleslaw to 6-8 oz. You make the coleslaw whereas you buy the chips. Such a change would be better for you. All told - 10/10 stars!"

"First dining experience with Maine Line and it certainly won’t be the last. With food this tasty, immediate service and gorgeous weather, I could care less that we were in a clean and safe parking lot with plenty of parking. The portions were really larger than expected and prices weren’t out of line. Customers were driving up, walking and bicycling up to place orders. Their schedule is posted on their website, so you can’t miss them. Make it a priority; you won’t be disappointed!"

"Kurt and his family did a great job for a Caldwell Trust staff party we had recently. Could not have been easier to arrange and their lobster rolls and chowder is off the chart good! Biggest problem we had was picking out what to eat from their vast menu. Something for everyone. Highly recommend them for your next event."

"Can we just throw it out there that this is THE BEST LOBSTER FOOD TRUCK EVER? Kurt is probably one of the nicest, honest, and most caring person. Their food is honestly the best I have ever had. He has hosted plenty of events at our club house for our community as well as hosted an event for our work. We highly suggest booking them because they have huge portions for the best prices."
