"This pizza hut sucks, the employees are so rude, I brought a large meaty pizza had little pieces of meat, I brought it back, the cashier looked at me like I was stupid, took the pizza back I heard them laughing, 5 minutes later she came back with a pizza, no way you cooked this, the took meat off another pizza, smh, I want a refund, never go there"
"Once again the Lake ales Pizza hut sucked! Instead of delivery (which has been wrong the past 3 times we ordered) we decided to pick up. Pizzas were over cooked."
"If I could give less I would. After waiting over an hour for a pick up order, being told to come around and it would brought out to me, which it never was, waiting for about 5 mins before anyone even came to the front... I was handed a cold pizza. This was the worst experience ever here. And I would understand if they were busy but when you hear the Staff laughing and talking in the back there is no excuse for this failure in service especially for the price I paid."
"ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PIZZA HUT!!!!! Called to place an order on hold for 7mins… got hung up on. Called in again trying to order as I was traveling to the store and got answered by a young lady who immediately put me on hold. Arrived at Pizza Hut to find no one at the counter to even order!!! Also there was no one even in the RESTAURANT. LOL Wonder why… DO NOT recommend!!"
"You know it’s 2020 when Pizza Hut forgets how to make a pizza! Management that day didn’t seem to believe me. Offered a “credit” of $10. No apologies. No let’s make this right. Asked for a refund...denied. Ended up having a remake but had to go pick it up. Never going back. You shouldn’t either."
