"Everything was perfect, the chicken was cooked to perfection. Tender and juicy. The stake was very moist and full of flavor. The shrimp seasoning was perfect. Had a little heat but great taste. Highly recommend this chili's location."

"Was there for lunch on a Saturday. Stopped in the bar to have some Apps and watch some SEC Basketball. Service was good. Food and Drinks were on par. Only issue was a guy sitting in booth by me was having a melt down on his guest. F-bombs flying everywhere. His guest got up and went to RR crying. She came back and he left the building for a bit. They had already run off another elderly couple sitting in booth next to them. Surprised that the restaurant staff didn’t address it. Made for an unpleasant dining experience for those sitting around them. Not the restaurant’s fault but they could have addressed it if not asked the guy to leave."

"It was my birthday dinner with family before a 7pm show, we allotted 90 minutes to get a bite to eat. Boy did we mess up. Took our orders quickly but took over an hour to get food, drinks were never refilled. People who came in and sat after us were served before us. Kids food was brought out 20 mins apart from each other long before adults, they gave us less than 20 minutes to eat before our show started. Pathetic! Waitress just said it wasn’t her fault, like yeah, it’s your job to communicate with the back, not mine. Not only was my salmon dry, broccoli crunchy like it was barely cooked, quesadilla came out with everything we asked not to be on plate but managed to not put the one thing we asked for, ranch, but you also made us late to my birthday show, which we told our waitress about. Not even so much as an apology or meal comp. This place is trash anymore. Avoid chain restaurants period!"

"I've been going here for years and I'm about done. The prices have gone up and quality of service and food has gone down a lot. I understand price increases but don't cut corners everywhere else. Pictures are my sons kids meal and a side of fries. Where's the rest of the food? This has happened multiple times now and It's upsetting for what you pay."
