"I’m sorry but I have to give this place a 2 .I’m just being considerate. Food was good specially the hibachi. We ordered the steak and it comes with 7 little tiny pieces. The avocado salad was a joke. And the crab Rangoon wasn’t taste fresh. The customer service totally sucked. I had this young gentleman with a long hair coming to our table bringing us food with a (sad,depressed face) I can compare it with the Bergens face (Trolls movie)expression exactly like that when he brought our food and us being nice and say thank you. Mind you we even tipped 5 dollars Imao not worth it. We even drove 15 minutes just to visit the place ended up being disappointed."

"Usually order the family tray pack from Lakeland location. It was my first time ordering it from this auburndale location and they did not include the salad and miso soup with the hibachi party tray order. If you want your full moneys worth I would suggest to order from the Lakeland hibachi express."

"The customer service in this place sucked. The gentleman taken my order. Don't know his name but he had long hair. I speak perfectly good English. But for some reason he understood that I wanted 5 plates of rice with extra rice on each plate. With literally 5 cube pieces of steak on top. I spent over a hundred dollars this was a complete rip off. When I complained about it, he said no, that's what you said and did not care. If I wanted a bowl full of rice with one piece of meat. I could have done that at home."

"The sushi was really good and cheap. there is a lunch special for 12 rolls of sushi for 9 dollars with a drink. So great pricing but the staff that work there are so rude and come across creepy. The guy that took my order up front Andrew was so rude, he wouldn’t speak and would roll his eyes at me for everything I ordered. One of the employees that brought our sushi was wearing tye dye sweatpants and super awkward as well. I like the food but the staff make it very uncomfortable at this location."

"Love, love, their shrimp tempura rolls and spicy crab sushi rolls. Their prices are reasonable for sushi rolls. We also tried the Hibachi steak and shrimp and the Japanese noodle combo with chicken and shrimp, both were great. You have the option to order and pick up, however, their is a small hidden fee for ordering online which I didn't realize. Highly recommend"
