"Had this on a Sunday afternoon. Got the Deluxe single and a Buffalo chicken sub. Pizza was very well made with fresh ingredients. Thin crust, baked just right. Crust was crunchy and soft. Tomato base was light and not overpowering the ingredients, you could really taste them all in each bite. Buffalo chicken sub on the other hand was sub par. The shredded chicken didn't seem fresh, almost tasted like canned chicken. Light Buffalo sauce as well. Bread was nice and soft though."
"I absolutely J burns I always get a veggie with pepperoni and I usually go to the Edgewood location but tonight I got it closer to home at the South Florida location and there was hardly any veggies on the pizza it was sprinkled with black olives and no mushroom and very little peppers or onions. I probably will just stick from ordering from the Edgewood location as it’s perfect every time. Oh I also got an Italian salad and that is perfect."
"I've been a customer since they were located in the Grove Park shopping center when I was in middle school. Pizza is still very good. It's nice to hear the Christian music in the background. I would visit more often if the prices were a little lower. I do recommend this restaurant. It is one of the few sit down Pizza places left in the Lakeland area. They are military friendly."
"We love J. Burns! Great pizza, great people and great prices. Their pizza is gluten free and delicious, even my super picky toddler eats here happily. Supporting small business strengthens our community plus there’s no doubt this is the best pizza in Lakeland!"
"We went to this new location for the first time, and it was good. We had the large deluxe pizza and 12 boneless wings with teriyaki sauce. The pizza has a very thin crust, and is cut into little squares. The toppings were good. The teriyaki sauce with the chicken was very good. They were pretty quiet while we were there, and the staff was friendly."
