"Every bit of our experience this evening was AMAZING! Which Sushi Masa never disappoints. Our server Lennie was so fast, sweet and explained every dish! We never had to wait for a thing at all! She came out with drink refills and food before we could even ask. We brought our 7-year-old daughters as well and Lennie accommodated them. We all left full, satisfied and ready to come back. Make a reservation with Lennie! Also, the managers are amazing here. Zoe came to talk to us twice as well as at every other table! Making sure everyone's experience was amazing. I don't think I've been to a restaurant with better customer service. Also, the place is always so clean and decorated beautifully! So many cute places to take pictures, feels like you are in the middle of a Japanese cherry blossom orchard in Japan."

"I am a loooong time patron of the original Sushi Masa in Baton Rouge, LA. When I heard my favorite restaurant in these United States had a location near the hometown I moved back to in Florida, I was ecstatic and nervous to see if the quality would be the same. Happy to say, it absolutely is, and the service in particular is even better than back in the 225! My server Christian was a delight and a treasure, the best mix of fun and personable without being too chatty. He was efficient and prompt with orders, which was no easy task with our seating zone totally full. The food is the exact taste and quality I’ve come to adore all these years, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is fun and stylish, you’ll want to dress up a little to match! Lots of little traditional Japanese touches here and there to amuse the eyes, like the Tengu masks on the bar that kept me company for my meal. Sushi Masa is great for both those just being introduced to Japanese-American cuisine and those well acquainted."

"We found Sushi Masa thanks to recommendations of a Polk county restaurant review group. My daughter wanted sushi for her birthday, but not a cheap buffet style. Sushi Masa was an experience for all you can eat. Their menu includes some appetizers, soups, salads, hibachi and tempura items, dessert, as well as their sushi, making it well worth the price. They do have an excess charge that we were advised of IF you tend to leave a lot of extra on your plates (which we did not). They do have a kids menu that I hadn’t seen online, which includes several of their menu items, as well as normal chicken tenders and fries (which was perfect for my two picky eaters…and we all stole some French fries because they were surprisingly tasty!). Zavier was our server and he walked us through everything we needed to know. Very respectful that it was our first time and had a personality that made our experience so much more than just the food! Food was all freshly made and if something was going to take awhile (such as anything deep fried) he gave us a heads up. Food came out very quickly though and we loved everything we tried! 10/10 would highly recommend, and will be back again!"

"If you like sushi, you can't miss this one! Their buffet option, especially the dinner, is absolutely phenomenal! You've got so many options to choose from, all of them good. They are not stingy on anything. Dishes are very fresh and perfectly sized to allow you to enjoy the most out of them and many of them. Even their choices for dessert are delicious. Deep fried cheesecake in combination with vanilla ice cream is a total delight. Service is also nice and helpful every time. Don't miss out on this!"
