"Wanted to love. Ordered sweet and sour chicken to go and just got the chicken with no sweet and sour. If you have your own sauces at home that is great otherwise check your order before leaving probably missing items."

"Dirty plastic and duct tape upon arrival when ordering. We had never been here before. Food was not what we ordered. We ordered spicy shrimp and general zso's. Tasteless and alot of breading and not much chicken. These two dishes were supposed to be spicy...won't go again."

"Long day at work. Ordered from here, our order was missing items. After reading reviews of the infamous cranky lady i didn't even bother calling about it. Food was edible but really not that good. Doubt I'll order it again"

"I went in and asked if they served just rice since I was having medical issues. The woman that came from the back to take my order tossed a menu at me. Then when I could not understand her language, she became frustrated and snapped! I told her she had a bad attitude but if I could have spoken her language she would have been cussed out. I’ll never go back, which might explain why the place was empty and it was lunchtime. So, after reading other reviews, I see I am not the only one that was treated rudely by this woman who works there. Maybe it’s her restaurant, maybe they should be shut down."

"Do NOT order the Bourbon Chicken. They will give you sweet and sour pork and yell at you for questioning them. This happened to my daughter once, when she ordered "bourbon chicken", brought it home and then I discovered that it was not bourbon chicken... either that, or they don't know how to make it. The "chicken" was semi-dark and stringy... like pork would be. And the sauce... YUK! This was NOT sweet-ish and savory-ish like bourbon chicken sauce should be... it was sour and pungent. I called back to complain and the main lady (who is very gruff and does not speak English well) dug her heels in and swore that they made me what I ordered. I told them that I would bring it back up to the restaurant and show them first hand that what they gave me was not bourbon chicken. Honestly, I've been living on this earth for over 4 decades now, I think I know the difference between chicken and pork. She finally said that she would give me a refund, which was about the best solution I could have hoped for in this scenario... and then she hung up on me. A few minutes later, she called back and said that she needed my card number in order to issue a refund... which is fine. I gave it to her, but she said that she would not refund the full amount, because it was a lunch combo and it came with soup and the soup was okay. So she gave me 80% of my purchase price. Very gruff, very abrasive... and does not know how to make Bourbon Chicken. I cannot in good conscience recommend at this point. I used to eat there once a week, lunch combo (Hunan Chicken) and it is fine (egg drop soup in particular is good... a little thicker than other places), but I wanted to try something different this time. Turns out, it was awful... the food and the entire experience. I would suggest if you're heck-bent on frequenting this place, find something you like from them and stick with it (i.e. don't try to change it up). And whatever you do... DON'T order the "bourbon chicken"."
