"If I can give no star I would, this chilis is a joke. Picked up an order, got maybe 11 fries in the order. Received two bag of chips that were barely half way full. Called and spoke to a manager who really didn’t seem to care. Will never give them my business again. Brandon location is 10x better."
"Don’t waste your time ordering To-Go here. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Bowl and it was missing 1/2 the ingredients. It had: Chicken, rice, corn (wouldn’t consider it “corn salsa”) and lettuce. Missing: Avocado, Cheese, Tortilla strips, chipotle sauce, ranch, and cilantro. Unbelievable. A third grader could follow a recipe better"
"This was an experience. We sat down, and immediately the server was not friendly. When I asked to upgrade a quesadilla, she simply told me that they could not do that. When I received my cheese quesadilla, it was more of a flatbread, and there was no melted cheese, it was overcooked and dried and looked terrible. When I asked her about it, she then told me they couldn’t remake it because they were made yesterday and they didn't have cheese to fix anything. All of this she could have told me before I ordered. A member of my party ordered a drink and never received it. The mac and cheese cups were filled about a third of the way and had about 6 noodles in the cup. Another member of my party ordered the 5 piece chicken crispers and only received 4 pieces. Then when we went to pay, she pocketed the cash, and didn't give us a receipt or change and just told us to have a good night. Overall, I was highly unsatisfied and would not go back to this location."
"We have not been to a Chilis here in Florida and we loved it. The 3 for me deal that they currently have drew us there. We also joined their rewards club and plan to keep going back. The food, service, and price were all excellant."
