"Unfortunately we went on a Friday evening at 8pm on 2/9, and the young lady working behind the counter was extremely rude. She did not greet us at all which I didn’t mind. Then my son asked for a sandwich which shredded cheddar cheese and ham. She said they don’t have shredded cheddar. I said it says shredded Monterey cheddar, she then proceeded to point to it and said it’s shredded Monterey cheddar and not shredded cheddar. And said that’s not what my son said. I said well he’s a kid and he just said shredded cheddar and you know what he meant. After she checked us out she rushed out and told the other girl she’s off and left. I understand wanting to be off work but being rude to a kid is wild. I will never frequent that subway again."

"Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The girl that served me a few minutes ago couldn't be bothered to say hi or make any eye contact. She threw the meat and veggies on the bread and was just plain rude. Someone like that has no business working in customer service. Sadly, I was made to regret coming to this branch."

"I made the mistake of ordering through the app. When you're disabled though, this is usually the better option to standing in line and trying to convey each detail for numerous sandwiches. When I arrived, the gentleman behind the counter was sweet and I loved that he was singing as I walked out. Sadly, when I got home, our sandwiches were not made correctly and now I am sad. 2 of our 3 sandwiches had no tomatoes, no cheese, and none of the veggies were "more". They were so plain and boring and just not satisfying. Did I go back? Of course not. It's a 10 minute drive each way. I had to eat half of that sandwich just to bring up my blood sugar. It was not good. I'd had such a craving too. This is not the first Subway to do this either. I was hoping this one would do better. The app is the only way I can do this. I guess I don't get to have Subway anymore :("
