"screwed up my order twice in the drive-thru. Made me wait between the 1st and 2nd mistake 15 mins for one sandwich. In which they still got it wrong. N ever went back. Didn't feel like wasting an hour there."

"My husband went through the drive thru. When originally getting his food they gave him non of the fries. So he gets home with all the food (15 min away) and instead of McDoubles I have small cheeseburgers and the fries are petrified looking, buns are hard and chewy. When calling the store to ask see if something can be done the woman that answered was extremely unprofessional and told me if I would like to drive all the way back there right now she would make fresh food for me. I told her that was not an option and asked if we could come in later this evening. She said absolutely not and the only way we can get fresh food or have this fixed after spending 25 dollars is to come back right now with the food. She said I cant have you eat your food now and expect me to remake it later. Yes, yes you can because YOU messed up"

"Your classic McDonald's experience, always decent never bad. This place had very friendly staff and the manager asked how everything was while we were eating which was a welcome surprise! One of the better ones I've been to."

"Lady at counter today (11:30am) was extremely kind and asked how our day was, were we travelers, etc. food came out immediately. Manager walked around to tables asking how meal was. Gentleman behind our booth said his fries were cold, she apologized and brought out hot fresh fries. WOW!!"

"I know that everything is being automated and AI are taking over people's jobs and these new employees are just drones.... I had an online order which should have been completed upon arrival, but I watched a man stand at the counter for 20 minutes to whom no employee acknowledged and he just walked out. He wasn't angry, he wasn't frustrated, he just decided to go elsewhere. Actual people don't live through screens and customer service actually means service. This is a lost generation that doesn't deserve anything over $7/hr"
