"Ordered for my first time delivery. It came real quick. I did not like the 5 dollar delivery charge damn does the driver get all of that ? Still it was pretty good . I enjoyed it and I just got regular crust regular everything. Interested in trying more items. Was it the best pizza I had in my life nah but it was good."

"The people, including the manager (Carlos), are incompetent and should be investigated by corporate. However, they undeniably don't value their customers, and training is severly lacking. I imagine they will continue to go downhill. Just look at the recent reviews. Update - Rio contacted me and apologize for how his staff handled our issue. He was professional and went above and beyond to take care of our issue."
"Ordered a 2 topping pizza with ranch flavored crust. Picked up pizza at 1015pm. After getting home & started to eat realized their was no flavor on the crust. Called next day due to store hours. Was told that flavored crust was a free option & at the end of the night they clean the bottles so it's unavailable. Seriously this was said to me. If this was strangely the case why not mention it to me when ordering? Spoke to manager Vicky & was offered a free soda. I explained to her I still have the uneaten pizza minus 1 slice & would like it remade. She refused saying because it was the next day she could only offer a free soda. Just fortunate theirs a Marco's, Dominos, Freddy's & another pizza place just as close by because this place is horrible. They use to be 5 stars"
"They told us drive thru only after 9pm. It was only 8:30pm. Had us driving around this convoluted parking lot. There's no signage for how to access the drive thru. Just got back home and realized they got the order wrong too. How do you mess up a pepperoni pizza?"
