"My husband and I stopped in for lunch and the very colorful, deli-style restaurant was packed. The wait for food was a bit longer than expected, but the staff was friendly and overall the food was tasty. We ordered and received the Cuban and Dirty Heifer. After trying both, my husband preferred the Cuban and I preferred the Dirty Heifer. One thing I would critique in hopes for change was that the sandwiches were pressed so long. They were too hard and crunchy. Cuban bread has a nice flavor; albeit this look more like Puerto Rican bread, but either way the press on the sandwiches destroyed the bread. That said, a little less time in the press would have made the sandwiches more enjoyable. For two sandwiches, onion rings and one drink it was just over $28. There’s ample accessible parking and regular parking. Would like to try the taco pizza if we are in the area again. This would be the true test of great food!"
"I had a meeting in the Ruskin area and they recommended this place for lunch. The sandwich was so good. I had "the club sandwich." The place is busy with local people. So, I recommend visiting this place if you are interested in a nice lunch."
