"We came through the drive thru Valentine’s Day late morning for the Valentine’s Day donuts and unfortunately we were too late for the heart shaped ones, BUT Trisha was super helpful and cheerful along with the other staff! She explained the other valentines donuts they had and was just super nice instead of getting annoyed, for what I’m sure was a busy morning for them! Thank you for a great experience!!"
"The staff did not welcome us when we came in. Typical American service these days. Crappy employees. I stood at the counter for ten minutes and all 4-5 employees ignored us completely and were all working the drive thru orders only. It was like we were invisible. They were also out of 75% of their donuts by 8:45AM. When I decided to walk out and leave- a man walked in and went to the counter and was immediately greeted and asked what he wanted to order. Why? Another customer that was picking up a catering order was waiting for it because of course it wasn’t ready- and when I saw him outside he told me this Dunkin’ is the worst and he hates coming there too. We’ll never go back and we’ll make sure we tell everyone around Palmetto/ Parrish to take their money elsewhere."
"We already tried this place for 3 times but now I give up. They are always out of stock. Usually they have about 3 or 4 kinds of donuts available and never super fresh. It sad because we live so close and it would be great to have a good dunking donuts here for us."
"I've been coming here weekly since this place opened. Let me start with the good. They have some genuinely good people working in this establishment. They're kind, communicate well, and seem to want to do a good job. Now with the bad. EVERY time we come here they're out of something, or something doesn't work. And I mean every single time. I've completely given up on trying to get anything other than a plain bagel or donuts at this point. And most of the time I have to toast it myself when I get home because the toaster doesn't work. A lot of times the donuts aren't fresh. I know this because occasionally we get fresh donuts here and there is a stark difference between the two. Their coffees are widly inconsistent. You can order 2 of the same drink and they won't look or taste the same at all. I've had lattes that are basically milk in a cup, and lattes that are so strong and bitter I have to make them into 2 drinks when I get home. For reference I don't ask for special drinks. Just what's on the menu."
