"So pizza hut food is great. But their on line experience is not well. I try to order supreme personal pizzas for each of my staff n the on-line asks what I want on the pizza...hmmm So I looked for deals on the way home and saw one. When I got to the restaurant it was busy as always and employees do not seem to be up to date on sales or specials. The special I found on line was more but still a great deal. The guy in the lobby copied my order and stated he had problems ordering on-line...with the app. I'm only reporting this because the site seemed understaffed but as always, took care of us customers. Pizza hut needs to revamp the app. Just my opinion. I still love the hut!"

"Called last night at 6:45 ordered a pizza and wanted it delivered. At 8:22 we get a text your orde has been canceled please call this number to find out what happened. We called 6 times each time we nicely explained what happen they would say please hold and just hang up. When we called it would say your order is completed and delivered but we never got it.. one guy said I don't know about your payment this isn't pizza hut.. good try but when you call it says thank you for calling pizza hut would you like to know the specials before we connect you. We could not believe he actually thought that was the best solution... Finally after an hour we got to someone NOT at the location with pizza hut they said they were out of our order. Okay an explanation and refund would have worked but just hanging up on up many time then saying it isn't pizza hut? Come on. We need to work on some training and basic customer service here. Won't fall for that disaster again."
