"Burger & Pancake House in Palmetto is a good place for a leisurely weekday breakfast. Our server, Debby, was attentive and timed things right, from taking our order to bringing the food and then bringing our check. I ordered the Farmer's Breakfast, a fancy name for just a 2 egg breakfast. Hashbrowns were cooked like I would expect, eggs were a little greasy and slightly less cooked than the over medium that I ordered. Bacon was good and properly (IMHO) cooked. I had wheat toast, which came unbuttered (I wish it had been buttered when it was hot). I would have had rye toast if there wasn't a 50ç upcharge. We also ordered the Cranberry Nuts Pancake (2). One would have been plenty. These were about 12 inches in diameter and loaded with cranberries and walnuts. (Took one home for breakfast tomorrow). They were very good. This is a place you should try."
"Came across this place and needed to take the 30min drive back only a week later. The batter is absolutely delicious! Making the chicken fried chicken my favorite. We also tried the french toast, biscuits and gravy, bell pepper soup, lemon chicken soup, Mediterranean omelet and Country Boy Breakfast. Bacon was cooked perfectly, eggs cooked exactly as requested, and hash browns well done are sooooo good! Servers Debbie and Nikki are so wonderful and didn't miss a beat, the cook obviously impressed us and the owner was so kind, they really make it feel like home. See you guys soon!"
"Great little restaurant. They serve breakfast all day. Big portions. Has specials every day. All you can eat fish on fridays. Owner always comes to table to check on service and how the food is. Win, win in my book."
