"Arriving at the restaurant we were shown to a booth with a ripped vinyl seat. When asked to be seated elsewhere the manager turned to me and said others didn't have an issue with sitting there. Was this a necessary statement to say to a customer? Please enlarge the attached photo, notice the length and depth of the rip and you can see the the top of the iron coil in the center of the rip. We also noted in the dining area, not in the entrance way, that the tiles need to be cleaned as well as the carpeting. It's apparent that maintenance and management skills are a low priority. The food was good and the service, via waitress, was 5 of 5, the best part!"

"The water had a little bit of weird taste. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant with fresh fruit. It seems almost like they buttered the croissant and toasted it and then cooked the egg in butter as well. It was a bit oily tasting, but not actually oily at all. But overall was very delicious. I have never had a toasted croissant before but I loved the texture. Our sever was Halee P. She was super soft spoken, but very sweet and helpful. Will definitely come again because we are waiting to see the French Toast Muffin be made again. We missed them our first time visiting."

"I like to come here for brunch. Their food is fresh, served fast, plenty, and pretty good. Their staff is top notch, always ready to greet, helpful, friendly and always with a smile on their faces. Even when they talk amongst themselves, they're always happy. I've never heard a single person complain. Their menu is ok for closing at 2 with some of your usual breakfast fares and some nice off the beaten path surprises. Make sure you come early in the AM or later towards noon. Otherwise you will find a packed house and a wait time. At this specific establishment... the place is in need of a little TLC, especially the false ceiling tiles where you can see humidity and dust. Otherwise, the staff keeps the room VERY clean, bussing tables quickly and efficiently. The floor is kept clean at all times as well."

"Great local place for breakfast or lunch, breakfast is most likely they're specialty. Prices are excellent, great service and food is decent! Lobster bisque was a bit gelatinous as you can see in the photo but overall good food."
