"I'm incredibly annoyed. I went to this subway twice this week, both times the same 2 people were there, and both times my order was wrong. Completely wrong. Second time I came in I let them know they just did not include the cookies I paid for in my last order and showed them my receipt, and they gave them to me before I left with my new mobile order. I get all the way home with my subs and mine is completely wrong. There's nothing quite like expecting to bite into a cold sub and getting warm lettuce and mayo in your mouth. Toasted it, they put toppings I did not ask for, they neglected to put things I DID ask for. And to top it all off, reaching any type of customer service to get a refund is impossible. Do better Subway."
